Jannell McDonald has called many places home—from her beginnings in Utah, high school years in Texas, college at the University of Minnesota, to over two decades in sunny Florida. She never imagined she’d move north again… until life had other plans.
In 2018, Jannell, her significant other, and her two grown children relocated to the beautiful Sheboygan area for family reasons. With some hesitation—especially about the winters—she promised she’d give the north five years. But as she now says, “If you never jump, you never get to experience the best of what life has to offer.”
That leap turned into the best decision of her life. Today, Jannell can’t imagine living anywhere else. The charm, community, and beauty of Sheboygan County have truly become her forever home. She was especially blessed when her oldest son and daughter-in-law joined her in the area in 2019.

In 2000, Jana and her husband Steve moved to the Plymouth area where they have raised their 3 children. In 2013, Jana and Steve, started Greystone Asset LLC and has since worked hard to create a real estate business based on service, integrity, and trust. In 2020, Jana was named Sheboygan County Board of Realtors, “Realtor of the Year”, which was decided among her peers in the SCBR.
