Leonard M. Corsi, President of Greystone Realty Group, Inc., has more than 25 years of practical experience in real estate and business management. This expertise has been applied to a broad range of projects including mixed use and single family neighborhood development, commercial real estate, construction, sales and leasing.

Mr. Corsi founded Greystone Realty Group in 1995 with a corporate mission to deliver a balanced perspective to both environment and economics in real estate development. A pioneer in the field of sustainable development in both urban and rural settings, Mr. Corsi approaches each project with consideration of environmental impact, transportation, public safety, and maintaining a sense of community for generations to come. At the same time he remains strongly focused on developing market driven, economically viable projects that have a highly positive, long-term impact on their communities and residents.

In addition to the leadership he provides to Greystone Realty Group Inc., Leonard is the Managing Member of NexTerra, LTD., the development company that drives his projects. He has served and provided counsel to numerous other real estate development concerns in the course of his real estate career.

Mr. Corsi holds an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and an MBA with concentration in finance from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and has served on the ULI Public/Private Partnership Council, the ULI Sustainable Development Council, the Statewide Land Use Committee (Ohio), is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Ohio and a member of the Cleveland Green Building Coalition.
